Chef Vikas Joined Flurys in the year 2010 after successful stints with The Taj Group of Hotels , The Cunard Line, UK and the Intercontinental Hotel Group . An alumnus of the prestigious IHM, Taratala , Calcutta ,and with training stints in many different countries, Chef Vikas brings with him almost 18 years of diverse experience.His food philosophy is to use the best quality ingredients and create unique culinary experiences without manipulating the core characteristics of the raw material itself.He has been featured in many local, national and international media and also writes for a number of National publications.
